Sparky was first licensed by the Department of Real Estate in 1972 and now enjoys nearly 30 years of real estate sales, management, and related services. He specializes in investment portfolios consisting of income properties in Southern California. He brings to Lazarus over 30 years of real estate management experience while achieving numerous awards and gaining recognition in his ability to "lease-up" newly constructed apartment buildings before final. He recently won the prestigeous award presented by the City of Huntington Beach for his involvement in the "Neighborhood Watch" program.

In 1983, Apex Property Management, Inc. was formed to best assure it's client’s investment objectives, and to provide the kind of real estate management that was lacking in the communities. Since 1983, Apex has enjoyed such tremendous growth; growth in areas of expertise involving business opportunities, retail strip centers, commercial, industrial, residential, and most of all, income properties.
